You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Platform is accurate and up-to-date.

• SERVICES PROVIDED

Safari AI provides services including, but not limited to:

(a)         Automated itinerary creation;

(b)         Real-time multi-channel customer engagement;

(c)          Data-driven analytics and insights.

• Service Limitations

The Platform relies on third-party integrations (e.g., booking systems and enterprise CRMs). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of all third-party data.

• DATA PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP

• Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data. We act as a processor and will not use, sell, or share your data without explicit consent.

• Privacy Policy

Our data handling practices are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Confidentiality

We use industry-standard measures to protect the confidentiality of user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Voyage Companion retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its underlying code, features, and design.

• Feedback

Any feedback provided by Users may be used by Voyage Companion to improve the Platform, without compensation or obligation.

• FEES AND PAYMENTS

Users may access the Platform based on subscription tiers outlined in our Pricing Policy.

• Payment Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed plan. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

• TERMINATION

Users may terminate their account at any time.

• Platform Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for breaches of these Terms or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

• Data Retention Post-Termination

Upon termination, user data will be deleted as outlined in our Data Retention Policy.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Data Privacy and Security Policy and SLA, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Voyage Companion.
